God the Father and Jesus Christ are in the process of building the Family of God. This subject is discussed at length in a number of different articles on my website. That specific plan will be completed when God creates the new heaven and the new earth and brings down from heaven the New Jerusalem.

The three steps involved in building the Family of God are enumerated by the Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 15:20-27. Step one consisted of Jesus Christ being resurrected by God the Father as the first of the firstfruits for the Family of God.

Step two will consist of the 144,000 in the first resurrection. During the millennial rule of Jesus Christ they will rule as kings and priests (see Revelation 5:10).

Step three will consist of all the people from the millennium plus all those from the second resurrection period, who will eventually become a part of God’s Family. At that point the building of the Family of God will be complete. And then future eternity lies ahead for the completed Family of God.

The time when someone actually becomes a member of the spirit-born Family of God (i.e. whether in step one or two or three) has a very significant effect on the relationships that individual will have with everyone else in the Family of God.

The following chart presents those relationships in the form of a diagram. This chart is not the place for lengthy explanations regarding how these four levels in the Family of God are established. That information is covered in the numerous articles that discuss the Family of God.

I have rotated the chart 90 degrees clockwise, to enable it to be printed on one page. The sole purpose of this chart is to present a visual representation of the relationships that will be established within the enormously huge Family of God.
